System.NotSupportedException on reader.MoveToNextEntry()

Unzipping a 7z file fails with `System.NotSupportedException` on the last `MoveToNextEntry()` call. On inspecting the results in file explorer, I can see it's successfully finished extraction, so I guess `MoveToNextEntry()`...
