Just was looking into something like this as well. I triggered temp IP Ban when using a third party addon...
I like to see this as well but rather then teleport them to spawn, or even letting them through it cancels the event instead. Because for some people sending them...
If someone was willing would they also add the option to prevent the teleport during the fire/check?

This is @Vazkii For you. Sadly comes with great ideas but never really finishes them. I'm also looking for a solution command line based.
I actually wonder instead of increase poll rates there could be some sort of streamed tech added instead. More like a live feed and make it kind of more enjoyable...
It happens with GTCE items too not vanilla though. I'm guessing some sort of strange thing they do with the rendering. That being said other mods that offer the same...
