I am also having an issue with this. I have a private registry set in my global npmrc (and yarnrc) and the cli seems to be playing by it's own...

@NetanelBasal, I could be wrong but it doesn't look like baseUrl is needed in the fill and clip path. Removing seems to work the same and it fixes the bug....

Dang... They are doing something similar. The default is empty instead of `window.location.pathname`. However they do recommend passing `windows.location.pathname` if you are using a base tag > #### **`baseUrl?: string`**...
I have also just started having problems. I have been using nginx/docker-gen/let's encrypt for several months and something change that has rendered everything useless
