The implementation is pretty simple but the test is... well, ugly, but I have no idea how to make it any better. Resolves #3011

[Libpq](https://www.postgresql.org/docs/current/libpq-connect.html#LIBPQ-MULTIPLE-HOSTS) supports specifying multiple hosts with single host name. It would be nice to have that in pgjdbc too.
