When the base package was moved from `org.jspecify.nullness` to `org.jspecify.annotations`, [the module name](https://github.com/jspecify/jspecify/commit/df06583fb5abfa70be112f0fdd08eeb08aa9446f#diff-ed4152fc79c851ea436af640f5fc06984df0f45c56e0a74a39ff3fa8cb55fcf4) and [artifact id](https://github.com/jspecify/jspecify/commit/df06583fb5abfa70be112f0fdd08eeb08aa9446f#diff-f84b31486d438ea87b55ce5d9a4e3b36fc72c39183bdcecd15a144b9e00a4d45) where changed.
