I can't use docker cause I'm in an environment without internet access. "set |grep include" finds nothing, so no include-path is set in my environment.
Try it with the italian translation.... "-l IT". Seems the only file that works. I added a pull request that fixes this an some other errors....but there is nobody to...

Look at the commands_hpsu_*.csv-files. There you can the which commands pyHPSU supports. More commands are supported by the fork https://github.com/Spanni26/pyHPSU spports more commands.

Thats a quick fix. But I would also add a ".upper()" at HPSU.py where it is needed. Will add it at the next pull request
