Reporting back: Installing using scoop or the installer for me neither work, with or without admin running directly from each .exe after uninstalling all versions present.

The patching doesn't go through, the entire Manager crashes. Still happening as of v0.0.7.
Same behavior here when doing `winget upgrade --all --silent` with things like VSCode for example.
