This [concerns](https://osmose.openstreetmap.fr/en/issue/41261d16-c28f-02f9-c13d-03a8f5d5819d) ([way](https://www.openstreetmap.org/way/4067196) Version 33) osmose reports: `(lanes(lanes:*:backward)=2) - (non fullwidth=0) != (lanes(access:lanes:backward)=2) - (non fullwidth=1)` But from my point of view that's wrong.
