status bar is not overriden from alert

hi all, i have a problem regarding status bar not overriden by alert, why this happen?  thanks.

it's impossible to set a tab value on multiple lines. Example: Test1\nTest2 will be showed as Test1 Test2 without the inserted new line (\n)

If I put this progressView in a generic layout (relative or linear doesn't matter) the click listener on parent won't be raised. I lost a lot of time to understand...
