实际使用场景下，我只有少量的几种语言编码需要手动选择（UTF8/GBK），选择时弹出的大量编码选项默认用不到，全部堆在菜单中也不好选。 建议支持可选常用的编码列表，方便手动选择，其余编码可以折叠到子菜单中以备不时之需。
