Add gaussian noise operation to make dataset more robust to adversarial attack. delete the last pull request by accident.

mainly modify CUB_preprocess_token.py to make the codes to run

Shouldn't we train pretrain_D?

Plz tell us when do we set D_is_pretrain as True ? And `npz_paths = ["mscoco_51000.npz"]` at https://github.com/tsenghungchen/show-adapt-and-tell/blob/6daf82e519bbbf70fdd54d659ba17efb665395b5/show-adapt-tell/data_loader.py#L35 is created by what code?
