Even without updates, PicoTorrent works flawlessly and is incredibly fast.
The behavior is probably intended. You should stop your torrent after it finishes downloading to prevent it from restarting. Many other torrent clients work this way.
This issue appears with Gradle 8.X and R8 becoming more strict. Do you have anything to share that has been done in the last 3 months ? It's quite problematic...
