Potentially, I forked your types since there were more issues, once I have everything in a reasonable state I can PR it.
Are you using AOT? AOT has problems with typed injected parameters.

Also I should mention that eran is trying to move typings into the hapi ecosystem so you might want to have a chat with him in regards to this.
My main concern is the performance of these deep complex generics. Can we have some benchmark with and without these typings and huge schemas?
DT provides detailed statistics on every build about performance and warns about significant regressions.
Can this be merged? This seems good for people that love shortcuts :)
This is not the case, other errors are correctly annotated. I should also note that not only is the squiggly lines not showing, but intellisense isn't showing the popup either....
