You get errors in IE9 because the script uses Node.classList.add/remove. Best way to solve this would probably be to include a classList polyfill: https://github.com/eligrey/classList.js/
Just with the minified code, development version works just fine. TypeError: (intermediate value)(...) is not a function
Also you can't choose to create every standard file anyway once you chose to change the default setup (step two after yo xtc:module).
