What use case does this PR solve? These are options for `` tag, not for label. Then we need `dropdownCssOptions` and `linkOptions` as properties to stay consistent.
Why it can't be solved with class for `` and proper CSS?

@zenden2k спасибо за внимание к проблеме. Если известно, где именно Wine возвращает некорректную конфигурацию - то это баг и его можно запостить в трекер wine
@zenden2k а в коде оставить TODO выпилить костыль после фикса в Wine. Тем более раз Image Uploader и так требует staging-версии wine, можно надеяться, что и фикс этой проблемы включат...
