for me, the problem is memory usage. Taking full reso pictures (android) and from the profiler, I see that memory crawls to 250 and then the app is stopped.
I ended up using the "optimized" scripts from https://github.com/basujindal/stable-diffusion (I have 6GB of VRAM). The maximum output is ~ 512x512
