Just found the [permission_handler_android v13.0.1](https://pub.dev/packages/permission_handler_android/changelog#1301) fixed the issue with [the same solution](https://github.com/Baseflow/flutter-permission-handler/compare/permission_handler_android_v13.0.0...permission_handler_android_v13.0.1).
