I see, my command did have a string option/param and I just tried it with no options and it works fine. I guess its the command options thats responsible for...

New minecraft version issue

Can confirm, GUIs are not sent to the client, relogging fixes it sometimes. It's not InvMenu related however, it's .70 bug.
