`pandas_datareader` error in chapter 6

running the code for Stocks examples returns and error related to `pandas_datareader` as below: 

updated the code from python 2.x to python 3.x and fixed a bug with detecting k_max points

Algorithm adds a decision rule named "0" to the decision parameters by itself

this column "0" is actually the `y` which was added by the train function at first to the `X` dataframe, but mistakenly goes into the decision parameters. with this mistake...
