Initial WASM support.

I don't think there is a way to see if NEON is enabled at runtime. At least I haven't seen it in the documentation, regarding the benchmark I am looking...

Feature: How is WASM Compiled? Are you using wasm_simd128 and msimd128 ?

Is a WASM build still needed ? I can take a look if so.
