Is somebody using this package with Symfony 4 or newer?

I tried install package, but found that it is incompatible with my "symfony/console": "4.4.*" So, is somebody using this package with Symfony 4 or newer?

For example I have BlogPost and Comments. When I edit BlogPost I am able to see both BlogPost and it Comments, but when I viewing BlogPost I see only BlogPost....
