SprintReport corrected to fetch issues not completed in current Sprint correctly

Current version of JIRA returns issuesNotCompletedInCurrentSprint and issuesCompletedInAnotherSprint collections to track Non-completed issues. I corrected SprintReport to pick them up correctly

For ScrapeType is 'object' extract Labels not from Child object but from Parent

Proposal - when ScrapeType is 'object' extract Labels not from Child object but from Parent as for ScrapeType is 'value'

Enumeration support
