This issue is not simply related to JB. Kevtris has stated his FM SMS implemtation needs work, but he doesn't have time to fix it anytime soon.

Well I tried your custom VHD for MK II and that worked fine. Also, noticed the audio on MT-32 was set to 50 volume.
I'm pretty sure you can change this in the video.json file if you wish.
Ahh, MiSTer is reporting a resolution of 256x239 for that game where most other games are 256x224.
