Alternatively I could also add a `comment_line_sep` option that's set to a single space by default. That way it's just a matter of emptying it to get it the way...

Ohh. IMO that shouldn't be handled by Krabby but by the user. If someone wanted to version their config they would most likely already know how to set it up...
Looks like using an userstyle doesn't work, because the indicator is inside a shadow-root, and Stylus can't modify the CSS from outside (or something like that).
