lib: Implement pthread_cancel via pthread_kill on Android

Failing tests under sanitizer don’t seem to be connected with this change, as behavior for platforms, another then Android, did not change at all.

I think released JAR file is very outdated and will not run because it depends on JavaFX, which is not shipped by default with modern JDK versions. Build with gradle...

Build should now work correctly. If something is not working, please the output of `gradle run --stacktrace` or `gradle jar --stacktrace` command in directory with sources of NoticEditor.
