Chords are sometimes arpeggiated after conversion despite playing at the same time when listening to the MIDI file

Regarding the bug that prevents Symmetra from hitting the key correctly by the transition to OW2

I pretty much expected the workshop code to break one way or another when OW2 was released - and sure enough it did. It can very likely be fixed, but...
