Yeah, looks good now. Left a bunch of typo / nits/ slight rephrasings, and pointed out two new run on sentences that might work better if broken apart. Otherwise LGTM.

I believe we also previously posted godbolt results for both that showed the general version of the constant compare (constantIsGreaterEqual) is more operations than the taocp impl.
