Hey, just seeing this. Looks like there's merge conflicts from the new translations Masterofmemes did -- if you wanna update your pull request to resolve merge conflicts I'll happily merge.
The actual field isn't an issue, as the field in CreateProcessParameter is only set on 3.0.0+ (https://github.com/Atmosphere-NX/Atmosphere/blob/master/stratosphere/loader/source/ldr_process_creation.cpp#L340), and even then 1.0.0/2.0.0 kernels simply do not access the field inside svc::CreateProcessParameter...
(But also, yeah, if you want to use physical memory on < 3.0.0 this will require ams.loader changes. I guess I should think about that once mesosphere is stable).
@aveao Sure, good idea. On another note, we should re-do how we reboot to RCM. Right now, we just set the "use RCM mode" flag then do a PMC reboot....

1. Does the issue occur without custom sysmodules? 2. Does the issue occur on stock without atmosphere? Also not sure if this is a duplicate of #1704.
