The issue does not occur on "12.0.999-cibuild0060631-alpha" (could not find "12.0.999-cibuild0060625-alpha" specifically on the nightly nuget source).

@theoractice Does not seem like it, minimum seems to be ~29 x ~29 for me on `12.0.999-cibuild0060631-alpha`. if you don't mind me asking, why a 1x1 px window?
