When padding the buffer doesn't lead to the exact size (e.g. bigger) it will keep appending. A corrupt file still wouldn't really work, but at least the tool would terminate

On my testdata at the semantical level the same result is produced. The TSV is however not byte identical as the order of fields is different ExtendedAttrModified;Created;Removed;Modified; Modified;Created;ExtendedAttrModified;Removed;

Changed the code to never stop except on EOF.
