Fix typos in the Adam optimizer

I think maybe there was a typo where `\hat` has become `\boldsymbol`. This now links better with the [original formulation](https://arxiv.org/pdf/1412.6980.pdf).

Recover slides for ODENN

The slides for the ODENN-project got lost at one point. This pull request re-adds these files. Also, I removed a `.ipynb_checkpoints`-directory and added the default `.gitignore`-contents from Github.
