I'm not too sure about creating our own manifest file for this. Shouldn't we use package.json for all this metadata? that way plugins can be published on NPM & dependencies...

[BUG] Weird behaviour when buying from shops

There is an issue with the cache values as they might be missing. We'll be putting this issue on the back burner until @Tynarus has finished up the filestore revamp.

Going to close this indeed @Jameskmonger. We should add a new issue which is better described as to what has to happen regarding missing tests etc.
