Hive connections not working on Windows

@devinstevenson I´m having the same problem as OP. I have tried to follow your solution, uninstalled sasl, installed pure-sasl, cloned the repo and ran: (Since there is no feautue-pure-sasl-win anymore...

Can't connect to unsecured hive. SASL error: TTransportException: Could not start SASL: Error in sasl_client_start (-4) SASL(-4): no mechanism available: Unable to find a callback: 2

@jingw Yes I already confirmed this. I solved the issue using impyla (instead of pyhive), and getting PURE-SASL instead of SASL. This is the issue I opened on impyla: https://github.com/cloudera/impyla/issues/267
