Hey, I downloaded 2b2w and tried to start it, everything was working fine but after i typed start it crashed after 4 to 10 seconds with no error message

Issue building on Windows.

I tried to install on windows and got this message. ``` C:\Users\Chip\Desktop\ded>.\build_msvc.bat 'cl.exe' is not recognized as an internal or external command, operable program or batch file.```
