Hi! could you update your code? Tensorflow 1 is not compatible with many libraries and make it impossible to run the code.

module 'Tensorflow' has no attribute 'app'

if the problem comes from TensorFlow on my system, please let me know the alternative link which I can update for Windows 10. the one you mentioned works for Linux.
