I'm not behind a proxy, i'm using my personal computer with home wifi. I've created two 2 bots (same webex developer account) and both of them had the same problem....
It probably won't help but i've used this [webex bot starter template](https://github.com/WebexSamples/webex-bot-starter) with Ngrok and it worked fine

Hello, I tried to install again, default directory, and it gives the same error. It doesn't even create this folder `%APPDATA%\Dogecoin` nor similar.
If i click `Ignore` the the app works normally 😅
