Yes, we don't currently provide binaries or a packaged version of the CLI, and recommend running using the source code. This is something we aim to add.

Thanks for the issue. Looks like it is erroring on optional chaining syntax (?.). You can upgrade your node version to fix this. We should either change our typescript target...
The CLI now supports node 12.
This happened when starting lapce, after unzipping and running `./lapce`
