Hi there, Is there a sub-protocol implemented so we can send things to the Inbox from outside Emacs? If not, is there any other recommended way to do this?

Does export to XML include my own messages?

I've imported the generated XML into my SMS App. I've noticed that imported threads contain my messages when the thread was using SMS in Signal (as in Signal managed SMSs)....
