Downgrade your `tensorflow` version to `2.7`. Restart your runtime it should fix this issue.

For workaround, I uninstalled livekit-blingfire which is currently updated to 1.0.1 and then I installed 1.0.0 version. It's working for me now. @theomonnom FYI.
