Add the option to use the expensive recipes for items.

Parskip package makes titlepage overflow

Using the parskip package causes the college and date box to end up on the next page. Likely due to incorrect calculation of the remaining vertical space on the titlepage.

When I try to run this on a VM with Ubuntu 18.04 installed I get "wine: Bad EXE format for [...]\bwheadless.exe". Same results when using `wine64`.
