Made a work-around to avoid console command to enable Deco recipes. In my working version, all deco recipes are enabled (regardless of research), which I'd guess other code enables that....

One last note, while I think there's some sort of issue with Space Age, deleting and re-adding in this mod, my thread should not be considered a patch or anything...
