Just did what you wrote, and fixed it for me :+1:
I have no clue about how the distro is being built, but couldn't one add a post installation hook command to make sure the volume is 100% in the manifest?
I took the time to test older versions. I can confirm that 1.4.4 works fine.
Any ideas, or how to reach people responsible for this? The package building seems to be desabled in OBS https://build.opensuse.org/package/show/openSUSE:Leap:15.4/installation-images

Ok. I just did a pull of the upstream, and it seems to be fine here if that help.
Contact constraints also do not seem to be working? token2 does not even seem to be parsed, but maybe I am missing something.
Changed to use the zip file instead. I think this should be ready for feedback? @conda-forge/help-c-cpp
