Support Ubuntu 20.04.6 LTS and OpenCV-4.9.0

I notice that the versions of Ubuntu and OpenCV used in this project are somewhat outdated. Therefore, I made some modifications to adapt to Ubuntu 20.04.6 LTS and OpenCV-4.9.0.
