[bug]shiki conflits with hexo-renderer-markdown-it

在 #398 中，所有关于shiki高亮的配置都正确，且generate无报错的情况下代码不高亮。 经过验证，当我把hexo-renderer-markdown-it换成hexo-renderer-marked之后，才能使shiki代码高亮正常生效。因此推断hexo-renderer-markdown-it与shiki高亮冲突。
