Thanks for the response. I guess the issue now is actually getting the exe on my PC without Windows deleting it automatically. Here are the Defender logs FYI.  

Seeing the same issue when attempting to update/install Odin. `scoop cache rm *` and `scoop cleanup *` didn't help.
