Can also confirm this is an issue. Repro steps unknown, however I get it usually when compiling C# with VS2022 on the btrfs drive, and then switching back to Linux....

I have the same issue. Worked around it by using steam-native.
Do you use wayland? Steam, KDE, Nvidia and wayland doesn't work properly. Could maybe be related to #7245 or #8693.
