Does 'minetest.add_item' works at all? It seems like it doesn't... My mods (MILA) that used it to make mobs drops doesn't work anymore though it perfectly worked in 4.15... Please...
Important thing I forgot: I can run the game on modern hardware, but I can't on my old PC. Neither a friend of mine with lower specs on his laptop.

Still no clue of where are coded the collisions.
I do not think size matters at all... maybe checking if the player is in this a particular position? Or check more collisions?
