+1. Tested: Server = OS X, Client = Debian, both versions 1.7.5. `'`+`SPACE` enters a quote (as intended) but `'`+`e` does nothing (should enter é)

@Crytiqal Think he meant an edge-case from the programmer's point of view, like a misdesigned if branch, not an edge use-case
