 Having the same issue as others on this thread. also tried re-opening the app multiple times and getting the same error screen. Not sure if it's the issue, but...

May need to be a separate ticket, but having the same issue as well, but with different hardware AlienFX-cli is detecting the device, but not mapping the LEDs. shows up...

Apologies for the lack of clarification. The GUI .exe is launching and immediately closing. the CLI, however, is successfully detecting my device and asking for me to start naming things.
