The docker working directory is "Sources". Changing `-v ~/Development/angular2/ionic2-boilerplate/:/myApp:rw` to `-v ~/Development/angular2/ionic2-boilerplate/:/Sources:rw` should work. Or alternatively, change the working directory using `-w myApp`
